If you have authorized Collaboration Secrets to assist you in managing your Office 365 Account. The billing for your O365 licenses will be done by Collaboration Secrets on a monthly basis.
Licence pricing at Collaboration Secrets is the same pricing that you get from the Microsoft Store.
You have the choice to use Collaboration Secrets or Microsoft Direct for managing your licences. If you wish to change back to Microsoft Direct License Management & Billing, please post a Support Request here in the Support Center.
